I believe everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, healthy, and confident in their body, at every stage of life, through evidence-based fitness, yoga, mobility, and mindfulness.

Whether I'm coaching women inside my monthly healthy lifestyle membership (affectionately called OPERATION FIT AF), leading a corporate wellness program, teaching yoga, or guiding a sound bath, my goal is always the same: to help people move better, feel stronger, and build habits that support lifelong health.

My approach combines strength training, yoga, mobility, mindfulness, and practical nutrition to help you build a body that's ready for whatever life brings.

Rather than specializing in just one discipline, I bring together strength training, yoga, mobility, nutrition, mindfulness, and recovery to help people build bodies that are strong, resilient, and ready for life.
